350g Pink Himalayan and Epsom Sleep Bath Salts infused with clary sage, lavender and marjoram essential oils, and botanicals of pea-flower and lavender with amethyst crystal
BENEFITS
Himalayan Salts: Contains over eighty minerals such as magnesium, calcium and potassium to help soothe and relax.
Epsom Salts: Releases a higher proportion of magnesium into the bath water, this is thought to be absorbed through the skin providing benefits such as promoting sleep, improving mood and reducing stress.
Essential oils: Clary Sage: Aids relaxation and promotes a positive disposition - Marjoram: helps soothe the nervous system, encouraging a deep and peaceful sleep - Lavender: Has a calming effect and is thought to improve the quality of sleep.
Botanicals: Peaflower: Symbolising serenity, the spiritual properties of this flower include soothing emotions and encouraging feelings of love and protection - Lavender: The aroma from this flower aids restful sleep, whilst spiritually it is thought to protect from bad dreams.
The botanicals included will add a blue tone to your bath water to further add to the visual sensory experience
Crystal: Amethyst: A great crystal to balance the emotions, provides calm and helps soothe you to sleep.
USE
Fill your bath with warm water. Sprinkle a handful of salts into the water whilst setting your intentions, or repeating your affirmations.
Once ready, step into the bath and spend at least 15 minutes immersed in the bath water. Inhale the aromas, and enjoy the benefits of the botanicals surrounding your body, whilst the salts provide both a therapeutic and relaxing effect on the body.
