350g Pink Himalayan and Epsom New Moon Bath Salts infused with bergamot, neroli and sweet orange essential oils, and botanicals of calendula and safflower with tigers eye crystal
 
BENEFITS
Himalayan Salts: Contains over eighty minerals such as magnesium, calcium and potassium to help soothe and relax.
 
Epsom Salts: Releases a higher proportion of magnesium into the bath water, this is thought to be absorbed through the skin providing benefits such as promoting sleep, improving mood and reducing stress.
 
Essential oils: Neroli: Uplifting and calming. - Sweet Orange: Promotes optimism and courage - Bergamot: encourages inner peace and calm
 
Botanicals: Dried calendula petals: Symbolising joy, self-confidence and inner strength - Dried safflower petals: Is believed to protect from negative energies, enhances passion and energy of intentions.
 
Crystals: Carnelian: Supportive during times of new beginnings, helps keep you grounded, overcome fear and procrastination - Tiger’s eye: Helps you recognise your inner strength to rise above limiting beliefs and achieve your dreams.
 
USE
Fill your bath with warm water. Sprinkle a handful of salts into the water whilst setting your intentions, or repeating your affirmations.
 
Once ready, step into the bath and spend at least 15 minutes immersed in the bath water. Inhale the aromas, and enjoy the benefits of the botanicals surrounding your body, whilst the salts provide both a therapeutic and relaxing effect on the body.

Bathtub may be slippery due to the oils, so caution when entering and leaving the bath.
